Are you passionate about competitive swimming and coaching? UCSI University is looking for a dedicated Competitive Swimming Coach to join our dynamic sports team in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. As a Competitive Swimming Coach, you will be responsible for guiding and training our swimmers to reach their full potential and achieve success in competitions.
Responsibility
- Develop and implement training programs for competitive swimmers
- Evaluate swimmers' performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Coordinate competition schedules and travel arrangements
- Monitor swimmers' progress and adjust training plans accordingly
- Ensure swimmers adhere to proper technique and safety guidelines
Qualification
- Certification in swim coaching or relevant field
- Proven experience in coaching competitive swimmers
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of swimming techniques and training methods
- Passion for developing athletes and promoting sportsmanship
