Join Kroll’s Singapore Restructuring team as an Associate and play a pivotal role in helping clients navigate financial distress and complex reorganizations. What you’ll do is support day-to-day project work, prepare and present financial models, watch for key metrics, help reconstruct business plans, and contribute to the preparation of client-ready materials. You’ll engage with cross-functional teams across regions, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely communication with clients. Kroll offers formal training, mentorship, and exposure to high-profile restructuring projects that build skills in cash-flow analysis, distressed M&A, and stakeholder communications.

Responsibility
- Provide financial analysis and modeling to support restructuring engagements, including cash flow projections and scenario planning.
- Assist with cash-flow forecasting, liquidity assessments, and balance-sheet analysis to inform restructuring strategies.
- Prepare client-ready deliverables, including memo, slides, and financial models, under the guidance of senior team members.
- Coordinate with clients, legal advisers, and other experts to gather information and track project milestones.
- Help assess distressed assets, conduct viability analysis, and contribute to the development of recovery plans.
- Maintain meticulous documentation, data rooms, and issue trackers to ensure transparency and control.
- Contribute to cross-regional collaboration, reporting to senior stakeholders and participating in meetings with clients.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degrees or professional qualifications are a plus.
- 1-3 years of experience in restructuring, corporate finance, financial advisory, or related fields.
- Strong financial modeling and Excel skills; familiarity with PowerPoint and data visualization tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to clients and collaborators.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and work effectively in a team.
- Proactive, professional demeanor with a client-service mindset; fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
