Responsibility
- Follow recipes and standard operating procedures to produce consistent bakery items
- Prepare and portion doughs, fillings, and batters for breads, pastries, and desserts
- Shape, proof, bake, and finish products with attention to detail
- Maintain equipment, tools, and workstations in clean, safe condition
- Assist with decorating, glazing, and finishing touches on finished goods
- Monitor quality and freshness, report issues to supervision
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards; document temperature logs and cleaning tasks
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets and deadline-driven demands
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; basic math and measurement skills
- Interest in baking and pastry arts; enthusiasm to learn
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
