Join Lumina Beauty Co., a premium cosmetics brand redefining modern beauty. We are seeking a strategic, creative, and data-driven Beauty Brand Manager to lead product storytelling and go-to-market excellence in the Los Angeles market.
\nIn this role, you will partner with product, creative, digital, and sales teams to deliver outstanding launches, elevate brand equity, and drive growth across retail and e-commerce channels.
Responsibility
- Lead development and execution of brand strategy and product launches from concept to market.
- Translate consumer insights into compelling go-to-market plans and creative briefs.
- Collaborate with creative, digital marketing, PR, and sales to plan and execute integrated campaigns.
- Own brand budget, forecast performance, and analyze ROI to inform future investments.
- Build influencer partnerships, social media content calendars, and performance-driven campaigns.
- Track market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements in cosmetics.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery.
Qualification
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA or equivalent experience preferred).
- 5+ years in beauty or consumer goods brand management with a track record of successful launches.
- Strong storytelling, copywriting, and ability to translate insights into compelling product narratives.
- Experience with digital marketing, e-commerce, CRM, and influencer partnerships.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics, Excel/Sheets, and basic SQL or BI tools (preferred).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills; ability to influence cross-functionally.
- Ability to travel up to 20% and adapt in a fast-paced, consumer-driven environment.
