Lumina Cosmetics, a leader in prestige beauty, is seeking a Senior Beauty Brand Marketing Lead to shape category-defining campaigns in Los Angeles.
In this role, you will own the brand strategy, go-to-market plans, and cross-functional execution from concept to launch. You will collaborate with product, creative, and e-commerce teams to deliver compelling storytelling and measurable growth across channels.

Responsibility
- Lead the development and execution of multi-channel beauty marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, and retail channels.
- Own brand storytelling, messaging, and creative brief development to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with product, creative, e-commerce, and sales teams to plan and launch new product campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance, optimize ROI, and report insights to C-suite and cross-functional partners.
- Manage marketing budget, vendor relationships, and agency partnerships.
- Design influencer marketing programs and experiential activations to drive awareness and trial.
- Lead market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy and go-to-market plans.
Qualification
- Bachelor degree in marketing, business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years in beauty or cosmetics brand marketing with a track record of successful campaigns.
- Proven expertise in digital marketing, social media, paid media, email, and analytics (GA4).
- Experience with influencer partnerships, PR, events, and retail activations.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
