We are seeking a strategic and creative Beauty Brand Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market initiatives, product launches, and multi-channel campaigns in a fast-paced environment. Responsibility
- Develop and execute integrated go-to-market strategies for new product launches and existing SKUs across digital, retail, and influencer channels.
- Lead cross-functional campaigns with creative, e-commerce, PR, social, events, and sales teams to maximize reach and ROI.
- Define brand voice, messaging architecture, and creative briefs to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Analyze performance metrics, consumer insights, and market trends to optimize campaigns and budget allocation.
- Manage annual marketing calendar, budget, vendor relationships, and agency partners.
- Partner with product and clinical teams to ensure claims, ingredients, and packaging align with brand standards and regulatory requirements.
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing squad, fostering collaboration and career growth.
- Lead influencer and media partnerships, coordinating launches, product seeding, and coverage tracking.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA or beauty industry certifications preferred.
- 5+ years of brand marketing experience in beauty or consumer goods; skincare or cosmetics focus preferred.
- Proven track record of successful product launches and multi-channel campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using attribution modeling, dashboards, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Social Studio, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to craft compelling brand stories and messaging.
- Experience collaborating with influencers, PR, creative agencies, and retail partners; comfortable managing external agencies.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel up to 15% as needed for meetings, events, and shoots.
