We are seeking a strategic Marketing Manager to lead brand storytelling, product launches, and multi-channel campaigns in the U.S. market. This role blends creative vision with data-driven execution and cross-functional leadership. Hybrid work in Los Angeles with occasional travel to events.
In this role you will own the development and execution of integrated marketing plans to grow awareness, consideration, and sales across e-commerce, retail partners, and social platforms. You will partner with product, creative, PR, and sales to deliver compelling campaigns that resonate with our diverse customer base.
What you’ll do: drive brand strategy, launch plans, and calendar; manage budgets and performance metrics; lead digital marketing, social media, influencer partnerships, email, and paid media; collaborate on packaging, messages, and assets; analyze consumer insights and market trends; report on ROI and optimize campaigns; maintain strong cross-functional partnerships across the U.S. market.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans for product launches and seasonal campaigns
- Own brand storytelling, positioning, and core messaging across all channels
- Collaborate with product, e-commerce, retail, PR, and creative teams to deliver cohesive campaigns
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and vendor relationships to maximize ROI
- Lead digital marketing: social, paid media, email, influencer collaborations, and content strategy
- Analyze consumer insights and market trends to inform strategy and optimizations
- Coordinate with sales and retail partners to support launches and promotions
- Measure performance with dashboards and present actionable recommendations
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA a plus)
- 5+ years of beauty or consumer goods marketing experience, with a track record of product launches
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, social platforms, and influencer marketing
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable plans
- Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, and cross-channel campaigns
- Proficiency with marketing tools (Google Analytics, CRM, email platforms, Shopify or similar)
