At Lumière Beauty Labs, we craft premium beauty experiences for discerning consumers. We are seeking a data‑driven, creative Beauty Brand Marketing Manager to lead strategy & execution across product launches, digital campaigns, and retailer partnerships in the Los Angeles market and beyond.
You will collaborate with product development, creative, and analytics teams to drive growth for our signature skincare and color cosmetics lines. This role offers high visibility, international exposure, and the opportunity to shape a disruptive beauty brand.
Key responsibilities include developing go-to-market plans, optimizing performance across paid social, search, and influencer channels, managing brand storytelling, and ensuring consistency across packaging, e-commerce, and in-store experiences.
Responsibility
- Lead development of go-to-market plans for new product launches across skincare and color cosmetics, including positioning, messaging, and pricing.
- Own multi-channel marketing calendar and ensure timely execution across digital, social, email, PR, and in-store experiences.
- Drive demand generation and brand awareness through paid media, influencer partnerships, content marketing, and events.
- Collaborate with product development and design teams to translate consumer insights into compelling campaigns and packaging.
- Analyze performance metrics, optimize ROI, and present actionable insights to executive leadership.
- Partner with sales and retail teams to maximize field execution and retailer co-op programs.
- Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints, including eCommerce, packaging, and experiential marketing.
- Mentor junior marketers and oversee external agency relationships to scale impact.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years in beauty or consumer goods brand marketing with track record of successful launches.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, paid social, search, content, and influencer strategies.
- Analytical mindset with experience using marketing analytics tools and A/B testing.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Deep knowledge of beauty consumer trends, retail partnerships, and regulatory considerations.
- Proven project management skills and ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel as needed for events and partner meetings.
