As the Beauty Brand Marketing Manager, you will own go-to-market strategy, collaborate with product, creative, and digital teams, and drive demand across retail and e commerce channels. This is a high-visibility role for a data driven storyteller who thrives in a fast paced beauty environment.
What you will bring to the team
Responsibility
- Lead the development and execution of go to market strategies for new products, optimizing positioning, pricing, and messaging.
- Collaborate with product, creative, and digital teams to deliver omnichannel campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.
- Own the annual marketing plan and budget, track performance, and optimize ROI using data-driven insights.
- Drive influencer partnerships, media outreach, and beauty press to elevate brand awareness and credibility.
- Oversee localization for regional markets while maintaining brand consistency across touchpoints.
- Measure KPIs including CAC, LTV, ROAS, and multi-touch attribution; report insights to leadership.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute launches on time and within budget while maintaining high quality standards.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years in beauty or consumer brand marketing with a track record of successful product launches.
- Proven expertise in digital marketing, social media, eCommerce, and influencer partnerships.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing analytics and attribution tools.
- Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and presentation abilities; comfortable presenting to executives.
- Creative, proactive, and collaborative; thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
- Strong project management, budgeting, and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
