We’re seeking a results-driven Beauty Brand Marketing Manager to lead integrated campaigns, elevate our omnichannel presence, and accelerate product launches. You’ll collaborate with product, creative, and PR teams to deliver compelling storytelling, data-driven strategies, and measurable growth.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels for skincare, makeup, and prestige beauty products.
- Lead product launches, including messaging, positioning, go-to-market plans, launch calendars, and creative briefs.
- Analyze performance data, optimize campaigns, and report on KPIs to drive ROI and growth.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and brand teams to produce on-brand assets, packaging communications, and social content.
- Manage influencer partnerships, PR activations, and media relationships in line with brand strategy.
- Own annual marketing plan and budget; monitor spend, performance, and optimization opportunities.
- Drive cohesive brand storytelling across social, email, website, and retail partnerships, ensuring consistency and impact.
- Partner with sales and marketplace teams to optimize omnichannel performance and retailer campaigns.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in beauty brand marketing, digital marketing, or related role in fast-paced environments.
- Proven track record launching beauty products and campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong understanding of social media strategy, content creation, influencer marketing, and e-commerce.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar tools and ability to translate data into action.
- Excellent project management, cross-functional collaboration, and written/spoken communication skills.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento) and CRM/email marketing systems.
- Knowledge of U.S. cosmetics industry regulations and labelling considerations is a plus.
