We are seeking a results-driven Beauty Brand Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing skincare and cosmetics brand in Los Angeles. This role blends creative storytelling with data-driven strategy to expand our premium product line across digital channels and retail partnerships.
As part of the Marketing team, you will lead brand initiatives, develop omni-channel campaigns, and collaborate with product, e-commerce, and PR teams to elevate brand equity.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for skincare and cosmetics lines across digital, social, email, and influencer partnerships.
- Lead product launches, including go-to-market plans, messaging, packaging alignment, and post-launch optimization.
- Manage digital advertising campaigns (Facebook/Instagram, Google) with budget oversight and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with sales teams to drive e-commerce growth and in-store activations with retailers.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and KPIs to inform strategy and budget allocation.
- Build strong relationships with press, influencers, and beauty creators to amplify reach.
Qualification
- 5+ years of beauty or consumer goods marketing experience, with a track record of successful campaigns.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, and brand storytelling.
- Experience managing e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon) and CRM tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Deep knowledge of beauty industry trends, consumer behavior, and regulatory considerations.
