In this role you will craft compelling brand stories, align cross-functional teams around a yearly marketing plan, and steward campaigns from concept to post-launch analysis. You’ll partner with influencers, retailers, and media to maximize impact while upholding our premium brand standards.

Responsibility

  • Develop and own the annual brand marketing plan and calendar, ensuring alignment with product launches and sales targets.
  • Lead creative concepting and campaign execution across digital, social, email, and paid media channels.
  • Partner with Product and R&D to translate insights into competitive positioning and messaging.
  • Manage influencer partnerships, media relations, and PR initiatives to strengthen brand velocity.
  • Oversee budget, ROI tracking, and performance analytics to optimize future investments.
  • Coordinate with e-commerce and retail teams to ensure consistent brand standards and storefront experience.
  • Pull actionable consumer insights through analytics, surveys, and market trend research to inform strategy.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA a plus.
