We’re seeking a strategic, creative Marketing Manager to shape our brand narrative, drive launches, and accelerate growth in a competitive beauty landscape. This role is based in Los Angeles with hybrid flexibility and an emphasis on collaboration with product, e-commerce, and PR teams.
In this role you will craft compelling brand stories, align cross-functional teams around a yearly marketing plan, and steward campaigns from concept to post-launch analysis. You’ll partner with influencers, retailers, and media to maximize impact while upholding our premium brand standards.
Responsibility
- Develop and own the annual brand marketing plan and calendar, ensuring alignment with product launches and sales targets.
- Lead creative concepting and campaign execution across digital, social, email, and paid media channels.
- Partner with Product and R&D to translate insights into competitive positioning and messaging.
- Manage influencer partnerships, media relations, and PR initiatives to strengthen brand velocity.
- Oversee budget, ROI tracking, and performance analytics to optimize future investments.
- Coordinate with e-commerce and retail teams to ensure consistent brand standards and storefront experience.
- Pull actionable consumer insights through analytics, surveys, and market trend research to inform strategy.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA a plus.
- Minimum 5 years in beauty or consumer brand marketing with a track record of successful product launches.
- Strong storytelling, copywriting, and creative direction skills; ability to translate complex science into clear consumer messaging.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, social media strategy, SEO/SEM, and e-commerce platforms.
- Experience managing agencies, influencers, and multi-channel campaigns with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent project management, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder management.
- Passion for beauty trends, consumer insights, and a customer-first approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to evolving priorities.
