Velour Beauty Co. is a premium skincare and makeup brand based in Los Angeles. We are seeking a strategic and creative Beauty Brand Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market strategies, product launches, and multi-channel campaigns that elevate our premium line. This role reports to the Director of Marketing and collaborates with product, e-commerce, and creative teams to deliver measurable growth.
As a key driver of brand momentum, you will own the end-to-end marketing calendar, define audience insights, and translate brand storytelling into compelling campaigns across digital, social, PR, and retail partnerships. You will also champion customer experience across websites, email programs, and retail touchpoints.
What you will do:
Responsibility
- Lead the development and execution of the annual marketing plan and product launch calendar for skincare and makeup lines.
- Own go-to-market strategies, audience insights, and brand storytelling to maximize awareness and conversion.
- Drive integrated campaigns across digital, social, email, PR, influencer partnerships, and retail collaborations.
- Collaborate with product, design, and content teams to develop on-brand assets and compelling creative.
- Manage marketing budget, vendor relationships, and campaign analytics to optimize ROI.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Partner with sales and retail teams to execute in-store activations and omni-channel promotions.
Qualification
- 5+ years of beauty brand marketing or consumer products experience with a track record of successful launches.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing, e-commerce, social media, and analytics (GA4, dashboards).
- Proven experience with influencer marketing, PR, and media outreach.
- Excellent writing, storytelling, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong project management and prioritization abilities with a data-driven mindset.
- Proficiency with marketing tools (HubSpot, Sprout Social, Mailchimp, Google Analytics).
- Passion for beauty, skincare, and makeup and ability to translate brand voice into compelling campaigns.
