Responsibility
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, social, PR, and events to drive awareness and conversion.
- Lead product launch campaigns, channel planning, and go to market strategies for new launches.
- Manage influencer partnerships, content creation, and ambassador programs to scale authentic brand storytelling.
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure on brand visuals, messaging, and packaging alignment.
- Monitor performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and report insights to senior leadership.
- Oversee regional localization, e commerce optimization, and omni channel experiences.
- Build and manage a scalable content calendar, including SEO driven blog, video, and social content.
Qualification
- Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years in beauty or consumer cosmetics marketing with brand management experience.
- Proven track record in digital marketing, paid social, email, SEO/SEM, and analytics.
- Strong relationships with beauty influencers and agencies; ability to negotiate partnerships.
- Analytical thinker with ability to translate data into actionable campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and cross functional collaboration.
- Proficient in marketing tools and analytics platforms (GA4, Meta Ads, TikTok, Sprout, or similar).
