Responsibility
- Develop and execute the annual beauty marketing plan across digital, paid social, email, and content channels.
- Lead product launches and seasonal campaigns with clear KPIs and ROI tracking.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce on-brand assets, copy, and video content for social and web.
- Manage influencer and partner programs, including contracts, tracking, and performance analysis.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activity to optimize messaging and targeting.
- Oversee budgeting, vendor relationships, and performance reporting to leadership.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; beauty industry experience preferred.
- 6+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record in consumer beauty brands.
- Strong digital marketing skills including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and analytics.
- Excellent storytelling and copywriting with a passion for beauty trends.
- Project management and cross-functional collaboration across creative, product, and sales teams.
- Proficient with marketing platforms and measurement tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM, social listening).
