We are seeking a results-driven Beauty Brand Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives, elevate brand storytelling, and accelerate growth across digital and retail channels.

In this role you will own the brand marketing calendar, plan launches, drive multi-channel campaigns, and partner with influencers, retailers, and creative teams to deliver cohesive, award-winning campaigns.

Responsibility

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, demand, and loyalty for our skincare and makeup lines.
  • Lead annual and quarterly go-to-market plans, including product launches, promotions, and flagship campaigns.
  • Own digital marketing channels including SEO, paid media, email, social, and influencer partnerships.
  • Collaborate with product, creative, and e commerce teams to translate brand stories into compelling content and assets.
  • Analyze performance data, report insights, and optimize campaigns to improve ROI and share of voice.
  • Manage budget, timelines, and cross-functional partners to ensure on-time, high-quality execution.
  • Lead or mentor a small marketing team, freelancers, and agency partners to achieve ambitious goals.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA a plus.
  • 5+ years of consumer marketing experience in beauty or relevant CPG categories.
  • Proven track record launching skincare or makeup products and driving multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and translate into actionable strategies.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, SEO, social media, email, and influencer partnerships; experience with e commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills; ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage external agencies.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment in Los Angeles and operate with a hybrid schedule.
  • Authorized to work in the United States; experience in managing supplier relationships is a plus.
