We are seeking a data-driven and creative Beauty Brand Marketing Manager to lead omni-channel campaigns, build influencer partnerships, and elevate product storytelling across global markets. This role blends brand strategy, performance marketing, and creative direction to drive growth and brand equity.
Location: Hybrid in Los Angeles. You will collaborate with product, creative, and sales teams to craft compelling campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences and elevate the brand experience.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and retail channels.
- Lead influencer partnerships and ambassador programs to boost brand awareness and credibility.
- Own the product storytelling and launch plans for new SKUs, including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Plan and manage the marketing calendar, budget tracking, and performance reporting with KPIs.
- Collaborate with Creative to produce compelling assets and content, ensuring brand consistency.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategy.
- Partner with Sales and Retail teams to optimize in-store and e-commerce activation.
- Manage a cross-functional team and external agencies to deliver high-impact campaigns on time.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 7+ years of beauty or consumer-packaged-goods marketing experience; fragrance/skincare a plus.
- Proven track record of launching successful multi-channel campaigns and driving growth.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, and content strategy.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Experience with influencer marketing, partnerships, and media buying.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze metrics and optimize performance.
- Creative mindset with ability to translate brand storytelling into assets and campaigns.
