In this role, you will collaborate with product development, creative, and sales teams to build compelling campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences and drive revenue. Responsibility
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, events, and retail partnerships to achieve growth targets.
- Lead product launch plans, including positioning, messaging, content, and go-to-market timelines.
- Own the performance marketing stack (SEO, SEM, paid social, display) with analytics-driven optimization.
- Collaborate with Creative and Copy teams to produce on-brand assets and storytelling that convert.
- Manage annual marketing calendar, budgets, and vendor relationships; monitor ROI and KPI progress.
- Lead market research and consumer insights to inform strategy in the U.S. and key international markets.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Experience to optimize omnichannel experiences and retention programs.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of marketing experience in beauty, cosmetics, or wellness brands; experience in skincare preferred.
- Proven success in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
- Strong project management, cross-functional collaboration, and vendor management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM, data dashboards).
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate complex ideas into clear consumer messaging.
- Experience with product launches and go-to-market strategies; adept at storytelling and brand positioning.
- Note: Authorized to work in the United States; willingness to travel up to 15-20% as needed.
