AzureGlow Cosmetics is a premium beauty brand redefining skincare and color cosmetics through innovative products and storytelling. We are seeking a results-driven Beauty Brand Marketing Manager to lead strategic campaigns in the dynamic Los Angeles market.
In this role you will own the brand's marketing calendar, oversee go-to-market launches, and collaborate cross-functionally to elevate brand presence across digital, social, and retail channels. This is a leadership-level individual contributor role with ample room for creative input and career growth.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across paid, earned, and owned channels to drive brand awareness and category growth.
- Lead SEO-driven content strategy for product launches, category pages, and evergreen beauty content.
- Collaborate with product, creative, and eCommerce teams to ensure consistent brand voice and compelling storytelling.
- Manage influencer partnerships, affiliate programs, and VIP ambassador initiatives to expand reach.
- Own budget planning, performance analysis, and optimization of marketing spend against KPIs.
- Craft go-to-market strategies for new launches and seasonal collections tailored to the LA beauty consumer.
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity to inform proactive brand positioning.
Qualification
- 5+ years of beauty brand marketing, product marketing, or cosmetics industry experience.
- Proven track record in digital marketing, SEO, content creation, and social media management.
- Strong understanding of the Los Angeles beauty consumer and retail landscape.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools (GA4, Meta, Google Ads) to optimize campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
