Join LuxeGlow Cosmetics as our Beauty Brand Marketing Manager and lead the strategy that grows a premium, consumer-loved beauty brand. This role blends creative storytelling with data-driven decision making to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue.
You will own cross-channel marketing plans, collaborate with product, e-commerce, and creative teams, and shape the voice of LuxeGlow across digital and retail touchpoints.
Responsibility
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across digital, social, paid media, PR, and events to elevate the LuxeGlow brand.
- Lead product launch campaigns and go-to-market planning with clear timelines and success metrics.
- Manage and optimize digital channels including SEO, SEM, email, social media, and content marketing.
- Build influencer and ambassador programs, negotiate partnerships, and manage budgets.
- Collaborate with product, creative, and e-commerce teams to ensure consistent brand voice and optimized PDPs.
- Analyze performance data, generate insights, and present strategy recommendations to leadership.
- Oversee marketing budget, vendor relationships, and agency partners to maximize ROI.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of consumer beauty or cosmetics marketing experience with successful launches.
- Strong digital marketing expertise: SEO, SEM, social, email, analytics (GA4).
- Proven track record in influencer marketing, PR, and events within the beauty space.
- Exceptional writing, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Data-driven decision making with ability to translate metrics into action.
- Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and marketing tech stack.
