NovaGlow Cosmetics is seeking a dynamic Beauty Brand Marketing Manager to lead integrated campaigns for a luxury beauty line in a fast paced market.
In this role you will partner with product, creative, and sales teams to expand brand reach, grow online and in store performance, and shape a remarkable consumer journey across channels.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns for new product launches within the beauty category
- Collaborate with product, creative, and sales teams to drive brand growth and product storytelling
- Manage content calendar, social media strategy, and influencer partnerships across channels
- Analyze campaign performance, optimize ROI, and report insights to senior leadership
- Lead market research and competitive analysis to inform positioning and messaging
- Own budget management, vendor negotiations, and smooth cross functional execution
- Ensure consistent brand voice and high quality creative across digital, retail, and events
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in beauty or consumer packaged goods marketing with proven results
- Strong digital marketing expertise including social, email, SEO/SEM, and influencer programs
- Proficiency in analytics tools (GA4, attribution, dashboards) and data driven decision making
- Excellent written and verbal communication, project management, and collaboration skills
- Experience with retail and e commerce partnerships; budget management and vendor relations
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities
