We are seeking a strategically minded Beauty Brand Marketing Manager to own the end-to-end marketing calendar and drive growth across product launches, digital campaigns, and retail partnerships. You will collaborate with product, creative, ecommerce, and sales teams to craft compelling stories that resonate with discerning consumers and elevate our prestige positioning.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute an integrated brand marketing plan for skincare and makeup lines across digital, social, email, content, and retail channels.
- Own product launch calendar from positioning to go-to-market assets, ensuring on-time delivery and impactful PR.
- Lead creative briefs and collaborate with design, product, and ecommerce teams to craft compelling storytelling.
- Manage marketing budget with rigorous tracking of ROI, CAC, LTV, and performance metrics.
- Drive content strategy including website, blog, email campaigns, and social media to grow brand equity.
- Establish and nurture partnerships with influencers, press, retailers, and beauty communities.
- Utilize data analytics to optimize campaigns and iterate based on insights and market trends.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of beauty or prestige consumer goods marketing with successful product launches.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, SEO, email marketing, and paid media.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage budgets.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and project management skills.
- Data-driven with experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM platforms, attribution tools).
