We are seeking a strategic Beauty Brand Marketing Manager to lead multi-channel campaigns, shape product narrative, and accelerate market expansion in the US. This role blends creative storytelling with rigorous performance analysis to elevate brand presence, drive online sales, and cultivate enduring customer relationships.
As a core member of the marketing team, you will craft go-to-market plans for launches, manage influencer partnerships, optimize content strategy, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives across product, ecommerce, and retail teams. You will own the brand voice across digital and offline touchpoints, ensuring a cohesive, premium experience at every customer journey stage.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, PR, and in-store activations to grow brand equity in the US market.
- Lead product launch strategy from concept through go-to-market, including messaging, packaging, and retailer pitch decks.
- Own influencer and ambassador programs, partner with key beauty creators to drive authentic content and conversions.
- Oversee content strategy and calendar, ensuring consistent brand voice across website, social, and email.
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns to improve CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
- Collaborate with product, ecommerce, and sales teams to align brand vision with commercial goals.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships with a strong focus on quality and speed to market.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience within beauty or consumer brands, with a proven track record of driving growth.
- Deep experience with influencer partnerships, content creation, and social media strategy.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce, D2C tactics, and retail marketing.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics, SEO, and attribution models.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Creative thinker with ability to translate consumer insight into compelling campaigns.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
