We are seeking a results-driven Beauty Brand Marketing Specialist to lead multi-channel campaigns across the US market and help sculpt the future of our growing line.
In this role, you will partner with product, creative, and sales teams to tell compelling brand stories, drive demand, and elevate our omni-channel presence in a fast-paced beauty landscape.
Based in Los Angeles, this position offers a hybrid work model and opportunities to collaborate with influencers, retailers, and media partners.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, influencer, and retail channels to drive awareness and revenue.
- Collaborate with product, creative, and sales teams to plan product launches, category campaigns, and assortment storytelling.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and performance analyses; optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
- Craft brand narratives, messaging, and assets that consistently reflect LumaBloom's premium positioning.
- Lead influencer partnerships, events, and experiential activations to amplify reach in the LA market and beyond.
- Monitor market trends and consumer insights to inform strategy, content calendars, and KPI definitions.
- Ensure marketing compliance with industry standards and quality expectations while maintaining a sustainable, inclusive brand voice.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of beauty or consumer brands marketing experience, with a track record of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio).
- Strong storytelling, copywriting, and creative brief development; ability to translate insights into assets and campaigns.
- Excellent project management, cross-functional collaboration, and budget management skills.
- Active interest in beauty trends, ingredients, and consumer expectations; experience with influencer partnerships is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, presentation abilities, and a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
