Lumina Glow Cosmetics, a premium beauty brand based in Los Angeles, is seeking a strategic and creative Marketing Lead to elevate our brand narrative and accelerate growth. You will own the end-to-end marketing strategy across digital, social, PR, and experiential channels, collaborating with product, creative, and sales teams to deliver campaigns that resonate with diverse consumers.
As a senior leader on the marketing team, you will shape brand voice, oversee the annual plan and budget, and lead go-to-market launches for new products. If you’re data-driven, collaborative, and passionate about beauty, this is your opportunity to influence a rapidly expanding portfolio.
What you’ll do is drive multi-channel campaigns, optimize ROI, mentor talent, and partner with influencers and agencies to amplify our message.
Responsibility
- Develop and own the integrated marketing plan and calendar across digital, social, email, PR, and events.
- Define and safeguard brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Lead budget planning, forecasting, and ROI analysis; allocate resources for maximum impact.
- Plan and execute product launches, GTM strategies, and cross-functional rollout with product and sales teams.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and production teams to deliver compelling assets and campaigns.
- Measure performance using analytics tools; optimize campaigns in real-time and report results to leadership.
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team while fostering cross-functional partnerships.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA or beauty-industry experience a plus.
- 7+ years of marketing experience in beauty, cosmetics, or consumer packaged goods; leadership experience preferred.
- Proven track record delivering successful multi-channel campaigns and product launches.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing analytics platforms (GA4, Meta, Google Ads, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence cross-functionally and lead teams.
- Experience with influencer partnerships, content creators, and experiential events.
- Budget management, ROI optimization, and vendor management experience.
