Join LuxeDerm Labs, a premium beauty brand focused on clean, innovative skincare and makeup. We are seeking a results-driven Beauty Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market strategies, brand storytelling, and cross-channel campaigns.
In this role, you will collaborate with product, creative, and sales teams to accelerate growth, improve brand awareness, and drive online and in-store performance. You will have the opportunity to shape our marketing roadmap and make a measurable impact in a fast-paced, beauty-focused environment.
What you’ll do is drive growth by building compelling campaigns, optimizing performance across channels, and partnering with influencers and retailers to extend our brand reach.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and partnerships to grow brand awareness and demand.
- Lead go-to-market launches for new products, including positioning, messaging, assets, and launch calendars.
- Collaborate with creative and product teams to ensure on-brand creative and compelling product storytelling.
- Analyze performance metrics, run A/B tests, and optimize campaigns for ROI and CAC.
- Manage budget, vendor relationships, and agency partnerships to maximize impact within allocated resources.
- Own content calendar and ensure consistency across channels, including social, blog, and website.
- Lead influencer and beauty community partnerships to amplify reach and credibility.
- Support retail and e-commerce teams with retail marketing materials and in-store activations.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years in beauty/fashion marketing with a track record of successful campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social ads, email) and analytics tools (GA4, Looker, Tableau).
- Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and brand voice skills.
- Experience launching products and managing cross-functional teams.
- Budget management and vendor negotiation experience.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with in-store and e-commerce retail marketing strategies.
