Join Indosat as a Branch Marketing Executive for the Jabodetabek area. In this role you will plan and execute localized marketing communications, enhance brand presence, and drive customer growth in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi. You will collaborate with sales, product, and regional marketing teams to implement campaigns that resonate with local customers while adhering to Indosat brand standards. This is a hands-on role that blends creativity with data-driven decision making and requires strong project management, vendor coordination, and performance analysis.
As a member of the marketing team, you will own the end-to-end execution of branch level activations, digital and offline channels, events, and partnerships. You will monitor campaign effectiveness, optimize spend, and report results to regional leadership. Responsibilities and expectations include close collaboration with store teams and regional marketing to ensure timely delivery of activations, maintaining brand consistency, and providing insights from local markets to inform broader campaigns. You will also contribute to budget planning, ROI tracking, and post-campaign reporting to continuously improve the effectiveness of local marketing efforts.
Responsibility
- Plan and execute branch-focused marketing campaigns in Jabodetabek to boost brand awareness, drive footfall, and generate local demand.
- Manage local marketing communications across channels including in-store, digital, social media, events, and community partnerships according to Indosat brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify growth opportunities, set targets, and align marketing activities with revenue goals.
- Coordinate with external partners, agencies, and vendors to deliver high-quality activations, sponsorships, and events.
- Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and prepare regular reporting with actionable insights to optimize ROI.
- Ensure consistent brand presentation across all local touchpoints and maintain adherence to brand standards.
- Own the local marketing budget, manage expenses, and forecast future spend for regional initiatives.
- Provide post-campaign analysis, share learnings with regional marketing, and contribute to the refinement of national marketing strategies.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in marketing communications, field marketing, or branch-level activation, preferably in tech or telecom sectors.
- Strong knowledge of the Jakarta metropolitan area market dynamics and consumer behavior.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven project management and event coordination capabilities with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and analytics, including social media platforms and basic CRM systems.
- Proactive, results-driven, creative thinker with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
