We’re seeking a Brand Designer who blends strategic thinking with exquisite visual execution to build cohesive identities that resonate in crowded markets. You’ll partner with product, marketing, and leadership to translate brand strategy into compelling design systems.
Role highlights include leading identity development, refining typography and color systems, and delivering scalable brand assets for digital and physical touchpoints.
Responsibility
- Lead the development of brand identities from concept through to final system, including logos, color, typography, and usage guidelines.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across platforms and products.
- Create and maintain a scalable design system that powers websites, apps, and marketing materials.
- Produce high-fidelity mockups, style guides, and asset packs for launch campaigns.
- Participate in brand audits and competitive analysis to sharpen positioning.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a collaborative creative process.
- Present concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback with a strategic mindset.
- Stay current with design trends, accessibility standards, and best practices.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Branding, or related field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in brand design, identity systems, or branding strategy for consumer brands.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end brand work and system thinking.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and vector tooling; knowledge of motion design a plus.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Experience working within cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
- Strong typography, color theory, and visual language sensibility.
- Familiarity with accessibility guidelines and inclusive design practices.
