We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Brand Director to lead the evolution of our clients' brands and drive growth through compelling visual identity and narrative.

Responsibility
- Develop and own brand strategies, positioning, and architecture for multiple clients.
- Lead the design and evolution of visual identity systems, typography, color, and messaging frameworks.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and creative teams to ensure consistent brand experiences across channels.
- Mentor junior designers and brand researchers; provide clear feedback and direction.
- Define design systems and assets, ensuring scalable guidelines for digital and print.
- Conduct audience research, competitive analysis, and brand health tracking.
- Present concepts and updates to executives and clients, translating insights into actionable plans.
- Contribute to agency growth through new business pitches and client relationships.
Qualification
- 7+ years in branding, brand design, or brand strategy with a track record of leading brand transformations.
- Strong portfolio showcasing identity systems, brand narratives, and design leadership across platforms.
- Expertise in brand architecture, messaging, and design systems; proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent storytelling, communication, and presentation skills with an ability to influence stakeholders.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments; comfortable in client-facing roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Branding, Design, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience with research methods, brand metrics, and performance measurement.
- Global brand experience or familiarity with multiple markets is a plus.
