Responsibility

  • Lead the design and evolution of visual identity systems, typography, color, and messaging frameworks.

  • Mentor junior designers and brand researchers; provide clear feedback and direction.
  • Define design systems and assets, ensuring scalable guidelines for digital and print.

Qualification

  • 7+ years in branding, brand design, or brand strategy with a track record of leading brand transformations.

  • Expertise in brand architecture, messaging, and design systems; proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent storytelling, communication, and presentation skills with an ability to influence stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's degree in Branding, Design, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
