Join Luminous Beauty Co., a premium beauty brand specializing in skincare and makeup with a focus on education and client experience. We are seeking a Brand Educator to join our Los Angeles team to train beauty consultants, demonstrate product performance, and build lasting relationships with retailers and consumers.
As a Brand Educator, you will be the face of our products in store and at events, delivering hands on education to consultants and clients alike. You will collaborate with Marketing, Education, and Sales to ensure consistent messaging and high level product demonstrations.
Responsibility
- Deliver engaging product trainings to sales associates and retailers across assigned accounts
- Lead in store demonstrations, events, and makeup applications to showcase product performance
- Develop and update educational materials, tutorials, and sample kits
- Collaborate with Marketing to plan regional campaigns and product launches
- Provide expert skincare, makeup, and regimen recommendations to clients
- Capture feedback from retailers and shoppers and relay insights to Product and Design teams
- Coordinate educator itineraries and travel logistics to cover multiple markets
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or 2+ years in beauty education, retail training, or related field
- 3+ years experience in cosmetics or skincare industry
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
- Proficiency in makeup artistry or skincare consultation with portfolio or demonstrations
- Strong customer service and sales coaching abilities
- Willingness to travel regionally up to 20-30%
- Proficiency with CRM, POS systems, and reporting tools; fluent in English
