NovaGlow Cosmetics is seeking a results-driven Brand Manager to lead our beauty portfolio in the dynamic Los Angeles market. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution across skincare, makeup, and haircare categories.
As Brand Manager, you will own brand strategy, positioning, and storytelling, collaborating with product development, creative, digital marketing, and sales teams to deliver differentiated campaigns and revenue growth. You will translate consumer insights into compelling go-to-market plans, oversee budget allocation, and ensure consistency of brand voice across all touchpoints.
Ideal candidates are data-driven, highly collaborative, and passionate about luxury cosmetic brands. A proven track record of launching successful beauty products and managing cross-functional teams is essential.
Responsibility
- Lead development and execution of integrated brand strategies across skincare, makeup, and haircare categories.
- Own brand positioning, value proposition, and storytelling to drive awareness and purchase conversion.
- Collaborate with product development, creative, digital marketing, and sales to launch successful campaigns and product rollouts.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and performance metrics to inform roadmap and priorities.
- Manage annual brand budget, forecasting, and ROI measurement with accountability for results.
- Oversee packaging, communications, and content guidelines to ensure brand consistency.
- Build and manage partnerships with influencers, retailers, and distribution channels to amplify reach.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or beauty-industry experience preferred.
- 5+ years in beauty or consumer-packaged goods brand management with a track record of successful launches.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, e-commerce, and influencer partnerships.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in dashboards, A/B testing, and ROI analysis.
- Outstanding communication and leadership abilities; adept at cross-functional collaboration and project management.
- Experience translating consumer insights into compelling product/storytelling; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with marketing tech tools and tools such as MS Office, Google Analytics, and CMS platforms.
