At LuxeGlow Beauty, a premium skincare and cosmetics brand based in Los Angeles, we are seeking a results-driven Brand Marketing Manager to spearhead our go-to-market strategy and elevate brand equity across channels.
This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced beauty landscape. You will collaborate with creative, product, eCommerce, and sales teams to craft compelling stories that resonate with diverse audiences and convert interest into loyal customers.
Responsibility
- Develop and implement integrated marketing plans across channels (digital, social, events, PR) to drive demand and brand awareness.
- Lead product launches, including positioning, messaging, packaging, and launch calendars.
- Collaborate with Creative, eCommerce, and Sales to ensure consistent brand experience.
- Manage content strategy, editorial calendars, and asset production (video, photography, copy).
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize budgets; report ROI to leadership.
- Partner with Influencer and PR teams to amplify reach.
- Oversee market research and competitor intelligence to inform strategy.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional projects.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; MBA a plus.
- 5+ years of brand marketing or cosmetics/beauty industry experience.
- Proven track record of successful product launches and digital campaigns.
- Strong storytelling, copywriting, and creative direction abilities.
- Data-driven with proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, DSPs).
- Excellent project management, cross-functional collaboration, and budget management.
- Experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento) and CRM systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup-like environment.
