We are seeking a results-driven Brand Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives, accelerate product launches, and build a magnetic brand story across channels. This is a high-visibility role based in Los Angeles with flexible remote options.
As Brand Marketing Manager, you will collaborate with product, creative, and commerce teams to drive demand, loyalty, and revenue while maintaining brand integrity. You will own go-to-market plans, budget stewardship, and performance metrics.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies to drive awareness, consideration, and conversion across paid, earned, and owned channels.
- Lead go-to-market planning for new product launches, including positioning, messaging, packaging, pricing, and cross-functional alignment.
- Collaborate with creative teams to craft compelling content, product storytelling, and visual assets that resonate with target segments.
- Manage annual marketing calendar, budgets, and performance tracking using metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, and NPS.
- Partner with influencers, beauty editors, and retailers to amplify reach and credibility.
- Oversee market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and defend market position.
- Coach and mentor junior team members; drive a culture of experimentation and rapid learning.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements across regions.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of brand marketing experience in beauty, cosmetics, or personal care with proven track record of launches and growth.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, e-commerce, influencer partnerships, and performance analytics.
- Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and creative brief development skills.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Social Dashboards, CRM).
- Experience collaborating with product, design, and sales teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management, budget management, and cross-functional leadership abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, consumer-obsessed startup culture with a passion for beauty trends.
