Responsibility

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years in beauty branding or consumer goods marketing with a track record of successful launches.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and performance analytics.
- Experience managing budgets and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills.
