Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies across digital, social, email, events, and retail partnerships.
- Plan and manage annual budgets, calendars, and performance metrics to maximize ROI.
- Lead creative development for campaigns, including brief writing, asset review, and cross-functional approvals.
- Drive influencer collaborations, creator partnerships, and ambassador programs to boost brand equity.
- Oversee product launch planning, go-to-market strategies, and post-launch performance analysis.
- Collaborate with product, e-commerce, and sales teams to optimize omnichannel experiences.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategy.
- Monitor KPIs, prepare executive-level reporting, and present results to leadership.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of brand/marketing experience in beauty, cosmetics, or luxury skincare.
- Proven track record leading successful digital campaigns and influencer partnerships.
- Strong project management, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with a keen eye for brand storytelling.
- Experience with e-commerce, D2C, and retail partnerships; familiarity with CRM and email marketing.
- Proficiency with analytics tools (GA4, Tableau, or similar) and a data-driven approach.
