Responsibility
- Lead the development of brand strategy, positioning, and voice for multiple clients across tech, lifestyle, and consumer sectors.
- Oversee end-to-end visual identity systems, including logos, typography, color, and collateral templates.
- Direct brand storytelling across digital, print, packaging, and experiential channels to ensure cohesive brand experiences.
- Collaborate with product, design, marketing, and sales teams to translate strategy into actionable brand guidelines and assets.
- Mentor and manage a multidisciplinary team of designers, researchers, and content creators; provide constructive feedback and career development support.
- Establish and enforce brand standards, measurement frameworks, and governance to maintain consistency across clients.
- Partner with clients to articulate briefs, present concepts, and secure buy-in through persuasive storytelling and data-driven rationale.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscapes to keep brands ahead of the curve and adaptable to evolving markets.
Qualification
- Minimum 7 years of branding, brand management, or creative leadership experience with a proven track record of building strong brands.
- Executive-level portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, brand systems, and significant impact on business outcomes.
- Strong leadership, people management, and ability to inspire cross-functional teams.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and client-facing skills; fluent in translating complex ideas into clear narratives.
- Deep knowledge of brand systems, typography, color theory, and visual identity development; experience with design tools is a plus.
- Experience guiding projects across multiple channels and managing enterprise-level branding initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field; MBA or related advanced degree is a plus.
- Data-driven mindset with familiarity in market research, consumer insights, and KPI-based evaluation of brand initiatives.
