As a key member of our growth team, you will own the end-to-end customer journey from prospecting and partner outreach to onboarding and ongoing partnership management. Responsibility

  • Develop and execute growth strategies for senior care services in Central Region, identifying opportunities with elder care providers, clinics, and facilities.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline: generate leads, qualify opportunities, and close partnerships that align with company services.
  • Negotiate and structure partnerships, service level agreements, pricing, and contract terms while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns, events, and thought leadership that raise brand awareness and drive demand.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and community outreach initiatives; maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Analyze market data and competitor activity to inform strategy, product packaging, and revenue models; report insights to senior leadership.
  • Oversee smooth onboarding of partners and monitor service delivery, ensuring high client and caregiver satisfaction.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in healthcare, elder care, or related services.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets; strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to influence at all levels.
  • Familiarity with Singapore elder care regulations, compliance, and care standards; patient-centric approach.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and data-driven decision-making; strong project management abilities.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (Mandarin, Malay, Tamil) are a plus.
