We are seeking a seasoned Enrichment Programme Manager to lead engaging activities for seniors in Singapore's Central Region. This role offers the opportunity to shape high-quality enrichment initiatives that promote physical health, cognitive vitality, emotional well-being, and social connection for residents in care settings. Reporting to senior management, you will design, implement, and evaluate programmes in collaboration with caregivers, medical staff, volunteers, and community partners. You will manage programme budgets, partner networks, risk controls, and compliance, while championing inclusive, person-centred experiences that reflect residentsā interests and abilities.
As a key member of our community services team, you will drive strategic planning, monitor outcomes, and continuously improve offerings based on feedback and data. You will also mentor programme facilitators and volunteers, ensuring quality delivery and a safe environment for all participants. Responsibility
- Lead the design and delivery of enrichment programmes for seniors, ensuring activities align with residentsā needs, care plans, and safety standards.
- Develop and manage an annual programme calendar, budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships to support high-quality experiences.
- Recruit, train, and supervise programme facilitators and volunteers; build a culture of inclusion, respect, and resident-centred care.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to tailor activities to cognitive, physical, and emotional abilities and provide opportunities for social engagement.
- Monitor programme effectiveness through data collection, resident feedback, and outcome metrics; prepare regular reports for leadership.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and quality assurance across all enrichment activities.
- Foster partnerships with community organisations, schools, and groups to expand activity options and community integration.
- Champion risk management, incident reporting, and continuous improvement to enhance resident well-being and satisfaction.
Qualification
- Bachelorās degree in social work, gerontology, community development, healthcare management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in senior care, community programming, or non-profit settings with demonstrated program management and budget oversight.
- Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor staff and volunteers.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage elderly residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of geriatric care best practices, safety, risk management, and regulatory standards.
- Experience with stakeholder engagement, partnerships, and community outreach.
- Proficiency in data collection, analysis, reporting, and using outcomes to drive improvement.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and operate effectively in Singaporeās local context.
