As Clinic Director, you will shape strategy, implement clinical governance, and oversee all aspects of daily operations, from staffing and facilities to quality assurance and financial performance. Responsibility
- Provide visionary leadership for Klinik Utama Helix Tebet to ensure top quality patient care and operational excellence.
- Develop and implement clinical governance, standard operating procedures, and quality assurance programs in line with Diagnos Group standards.
- Oversee recruitment, training, performance management, and development of clinical and support staff.
- Manage clinic operations including facilities, equipment maintenance, inventory, and vendor relationships.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with Indonesian health authorities and accreditation requirements; drive readiness for audits.
- Collaborate with the Diagnos Laboratory Utama network to optimize referral flows and lab turnaround times.
- Set strategic goals, monitor KPIs, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and safety.
Qualification
- Medical degree (MD/MBBS) with leadership experience in healthcare management; postgraduate qualification in healthcare administration is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of clinical leadership or administrative experience in a hospital or clinic setting.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian healthcare regulations and quality standards.
- Proven budgeting, financial acumen, and cost control capabilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional teams and manage change in a fast paced environment.
