We are seeking a results-driven Club Manager to lead daily operations, elevate member experience, and drive sustainable growth through exceptional service, events, and community engagement. This is a hands-on leadership role for an entrepreneurial hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
In this role, you will oversee front-of-house operations, membership management, staffing, vendor relations, budgeting, and facility maintenance, ensuring seamless operations, safety, and compliance. You will partner with the General Manager to execute strategic initiatives, enhance member retention, and cultivate a culture of excellence.
What youâll do daily: lead a diverse team, design and implement club programs, manage P&L, monitor key metrics, and represent the club in guest interactions and external partnerships. Youâll own guest satisfaction scores, drive events calendar, and maintain a pristine environment that reflects our brand values.

Responsibility
- Lead daily club operations, ensuring seamless service delivery across front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
- Own membership experienceâfrom onboarding to retentionâdriving high satisfaction and minimal attrition.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L for the club while controlling costs and maximizing profitability.
- Plan, promote, and execute high-impact events and partnerships that boost engagement and revenue.
- Recruit, train, and retain top talent; mentor supervisors and frontline staff; foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Oversee facility operations, safety, compliance, and vendor management to maintain a pristine and secure environment.
- Collaborate with marketing and sponsorship teams to grow brand awareness and member acquisition.
- Monitor performance metrics, compile insights, and report to leadership with data-driven recommendations.
Qualification
- Bachelorâs degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years in club/hospitality management or a similar executive operations role.
- Proven track record in P&L management, budgeting, and cost control.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills with a coaching mindset.
- Exceptional guest relations, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in event programming, vendor negotiations, and calendar planning.
- Proficiency with club management software, CRM systems, and POS tools.
- High standards for standards, safety, and compliance; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
