As the Club Operations Manager, you will oversee front desk, facilities, events, and services while partnering with senior leadership to shape programs that grow member engagement and loyalty.

Responsibility

  • Oversee daily club operations including front desk, amenities, maintenance, and events to ensure flawless member experiences.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls to drive profitability and sustainable growth.
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and develop a high-performing hospitality team focused on service excellence.
  • Design and execute member programs, events, and experiences that foster community and engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, labor, and licensing regulations; implement standard operating procedures.

Qualification

  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills; ability to motivate diverse teams.
  • Excellent event planning, program development, and member experience design capabilities.
  • Proficiency with club management software (POS, CRM, membership systems) and MS Office; tech-savvy mindset.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends; bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
