BrightForge Media is seeking a dynamic Content Creation Specialist to join our fast-growing team in Austin, Texas. You will be responsible for producing high-impact content across blogs, social, video scripts, newsletters, and website assets. This is a hands-on role for a storyteller who blends creative instincts with structured SEO and audience-first thinking.
In this role, you will collaborate with writers, editors, designers, and product teams to transform complex ideas into clear, engaging content that converts. You will own content briefs, editorial calendars, and performance metrics, ensuring all outputs align with brand voice and business goals.
Responsibility
- Develop and manage a monthly content calendar aligned with marketing goals
- Write, edit, and optimize blog posts, social captions, scripts, and emails
- Collaborate with designers and videographers to produce multimedia content
- Conduct audience research, keyword planning, and SEO optimization
- Repurpose existing content into multiple formats for different channels
- Implement performance tracking and iterate based on analytics
- Maintain brand voice and tone across all content assets
- Mentor junior writers and contribute to editorial standards
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
- 3+ years in content creation, copywriting or content marketing, preferably in tech or SaaS
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with portfolio
- Proficiency in SEO, keyword research tools, and content analytics
- Experience with CMS (WordPress, Contentful) and basic HTML/CSS
- Multimedia content experience: video scripts, social video, podcasts
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and deadline management
- Portfolio demonstrating versatility across formats and channels
