Brightline Content Studio is excited to bring on a versatile Content Creator to join our fast-growing marketing team in Austin, Texas. You will craft compelling narratives across blog posts, social media, video scripts, and other content formats that connect with diverse audiences and drive measurable impact.
As a creative professional, you’ll collaborate with product, design, and marketing teammates to develop and execute content that aligns with brand voice, SEO strategy, and performance goals. We value curiosity, storytelling, and a data-driven mindset.

Responsibility
- Collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams to plan content calendars and campaigns.
- Research and write compelling articles, scripts, and social copy optimized for SEO and engagement.
- Produce or oversee multimedia content (short-form video, graphics, podcasts) that aligns with brand guidelines.
- Edit and proofread content for tone, clarity, accuracy, and accessibility.
- Analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and iterate content strategy accordingly.
- Maintain consistency across channels, ensure brand voice and style coherence, and manage editorial calendars.
- Coordinate with freelancers or vendors as needed to scale content production.
- Mentor junior writers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Qualification
- 3+ years in content creation, digital marketing, journalism, or related field.
- Strong writing and editing skills with a proven portfolio of published work.
- Experience applying SEO best practices and using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console).
- Proficiency with content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent.
- Ability to produce or supervise multimedia content (video, audio, graphics).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management abilities; comfortable working cross-functionally.
- Familiarity with style guides, brand voice development, and accessibility considerations.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (or comparable professional experience).
