Lumina Content Studio is seeking a talented Content Creator to join our growing team in Austin, TX. You will craft compelling, data-informed content across blogs, social media, newsletters, and video scripts while maintaining our brand voice. We value clarity, creativity, and collaboration. This is a full-time role with hybrid options after onboarding.
Responsibility
- Develop and own a strategic content calendar aligned with brand voice and business goals.
- Write and edit high-quality blog posts, articles, newsletters, and social copy.
- Create engaging video scripts, captions, and storyboards; collaborate with video editors as needed.
- Optimize content for search engines and user intent using keyword research and analytics.
- Publish and maintain content in our CMS with attention to formatting, accessibility, and metadata.
- Repurpose evergreen content across channels (blogs, emails, social) to maximize reach.
- Partner with design and SEO teams to ensure on-brand visuals and performance metrics.
Qualification
- 2+ years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or editorial roles in digital marketing or media.
- Outstanding writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling abilities with a strong eye for detail.
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices (keyword research, on-page optimization, meta tags).
- Proficiency with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and basic HTML for formatting.
- Experience scripting content for video and social media; comfort collaborating with design/video teams.
- Strong research skills and ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
- Portfolio demonstrating a range of content formats (blogs, social posts, emails, video scripts).
