Join Aurora Content Co., a premium content studio delivering narrative-driven content across blogs, video, and social media. We are seeking a Senior Content Creator to own content from concept through publication across channels.
You will collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to develop compelling, data-informed content that educates, inspires, and converts. Manage content calendars, uphold brand voice, and mentor junior creators to sustain high-quality output.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end content creation across written, visual, and video formats, ensuring alignment with brand voice and SEO strategy.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to plan and execute content calendars and campaigns.
- Write and edit compelling articles, guides, case studies, scripts, and social media assets.
- Oversee video production including storyboarding, scripting, and coordinating with editors and creators.
- Optimize content for search engines and user intent using data-driven insights and analytics.
- Mentor junior writers and freelancers; manage briefs, feedback cycles, and quality control.
- Measure content performance, track KPIs, and iterate based on data to improve engagement and conversions.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
- 5+ years of content creation experience across multiple formats (written, video, social).
- Strong storytelling and editing skills with a proven ability to craft audience-centric content.
- Experience with SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
- Proficiency with content management systems (WordPress, CMS) and basic video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or equivalents).
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Portfolio demonstrating diverse content across long-form and short-form formats.
