Join Lumina Content Studio, a fast-growing content agency based in Austin. We’re seeking a proactive Content Creator to craft high-quality written, visual, and video content for diverse brands. This role blends storytelling, SEO, and social media to drive engagement and conversions. Remote-friendly with quarterly in-person collaboration in Austin.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute compelling content strategies across blogs, social, video, and email campaigns.
- Research topics, perform keyword analysis, and optimize content for search engines.
- Write clear, audience-appropriate copy with strong headlines and CTAs.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and PMs to produce multimedia content.
- Edit and repurpose content across channels to maximize reach and ROI.
- Maintain editorial calendars, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple briefs.
- Analyze performance metrics and iteratively improve content based on data.
Qualification
- 2+ years of content creation, copywriting, or content marketing experience.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with a versatile portfolio.
- Experience with SEO best practices and keyword research tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
- Proficiency in editing and proofreading with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to produce or oversee multimedia content (video, graphics, audio).
- Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress) and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
