Responsibility
- Develop and execute multi-channel content plans aligned with the editorial calendar and business goals
- Write and edit engaging blog posts, scripts, captions, and email copy with strong SEO and UX principles
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and marketers to produce high-quality visuals and media
- Repurpose content across blogs, social, newsletters, and landing pages to maximize reach
- Analyze content performance using analytics, iterate on formats and topics to improve engagement
- Maintain brand voice and tone guidelines across all content assets
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in content creation and storytelling
Qualification
- 2+ years of content creation experience in digital marketing or media
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a portfolio of diverse formats
- Proficiency in SEO principles and keyword research
- Experience with CMS and basic HTML formatting; familiarity with video editing tools a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams and excellent communication
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred
