LuminaForge Media is hiring a versatile Content Creator to craft engaging narratives across blogs, video scripts, social content, and multimedia formats. This role blends storytelling, SEO optimization, and creative production to captivate audiences and drive growth.
Based in Austin, TX with hybrid options, you will partner with the marketing and product teams to develop a cohesive content calendar and produce high-quality content from ideation to publish. Responsibility
- Develop and execute a diverse content strategy that aligns with brand goals and SEO targets.
- Write clear, engaging copy for blog posts, landing pages, emails, and social media.
- Produce and edit short-form and long-form video scripts, and collaborate with editors and designers.
- Own the content calendar, schedule, and workflow from ideation to publication.
- Optimize content for search engines using keyword research, on-page SEO, and analytics.
- Repurpose content into multiple formats and channels to maximize reach.
- Collaborate with product, growth, and design teams to ensure consistent voice and quality.
- Monitor performance metrics and iterate based on data and audience feedback.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-5 years of content creation experience in tech, marketing, or media.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a strong portfolio.
- Experience with SEO best practices and keyword research tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
- Comfort with video scripting and working with editors/creatives; basic video editing skills are a plus.
- Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4, GA4).
- Strong collaboration and project management abilities; detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and remote-friendly/hybrid work mindset.
