Responsibility
- Create and manage original content across blogs, social media, newsletters, and video scripts.
- Collaborate with editors, designers, and marketers to plan a cohesive content calendar.
- Conduct topic research, keyword discovery, and audience analysis to inform content strategy.
- Write clear, persuasive copy tailored to different personas and channels.
- Optimize content for SEO, readability, and conversions; monitor performance and iterate.
- Edit and fact-check materials, ensuring brand voice, style, and quality standards.
- Repurpose and adapt content across formats to maximize reach and ROI.
Qualification
- 3+ years in content creation, copywriting, or editorial roles with a strong portfolio.
- Proven ability to write across formats: blogs, social posts, scripts, and emails.
- Excellent research skills and the ability to translate data into compelling narratives.
- Superior grammar, editing, and proofreading skills; meticulous attention to detail.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
- Experience with CMS platforms and collaborative editorial workflows.
- Strong time-management, organization, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
