Responsibility
- Identify and evaluate high-potential content assets across multiple domains, ensuring accuracy, originality, and licensing requirements.
- Build and maintain curated collections, tags, and taxonomies to enhance searchability and discoverability.
- Collaborate with editors, designers, and product teams to define content strategy, editorial calendars, and quality metrics.
- Analyze audience behavior and engagement data to optimize curation choices and improve retention.
- Coordinate with vendors and contributors, managing briefs, timelines, and rights clearance.
- Maintain content guidelines, style guides, and accessibility standards for multi-channel distribution.
- Experiment with new formats (lists, roundups, case studies) to diversify the content mix and boost engagement.
- Represent the content strategy in stakeholder reviews and present performance insights to leadership.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, library science, information science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in content curation, editorial, or information architecture roles.
- Strong editorial judgment with a demonstrated ability to assess relevance, accuracy, and licensing requirements.
- Excellent research skills and a data-driven mindset; familiarity with analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, Tableau) a plus.
- Proficiency with content management systems (CMS), tagging, taxonomy design, and metadata standards.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to synthesize complex information for diverse audiences.
- Strong project management, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of accessibility and inclusivity best practices for digital content.
